How Returns Work
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible:
-Items must be unused, in their original condition
-Please include any original packaging, tags, or accessories
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
At this time, customers are responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service, just to be safe — we wouldn’t want anything to get lost on the way back.
How to Start a Return
Just drop us an email at leopardlifeuk@gmail.com with:
-Your order number
-A short note on why you'd like to return
-Photos (if something arrived damaged)
We’ll send you the return address and any next steps right away.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:
-Underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items
-Personalized/custom-made items
-Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Something Wrong with Your Order?
We’re really sorry if something’s arrived damaged or incorrect! Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it quickly.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If it’s been over 10 business days and your refund hasn’t arrived:
